three and four months. Electricity is close by
and water is from a well. This is a good area to
develop a commercial venture based on holidays
or adventure. There are other properties in the
area.

Location Information
Sidi Kaouki is a sea front village 25km south of Essaouira, and about 20 km from Essaouira airport
Those who knew the Costa de la Luz in Spain before it became developed will recognise Sidi Kaouki. It has excellent beaches, several cafes and good facilities including tarmac road.
Planning permission is straight forward, because the village development plan has been completed. There is another smaller village about 5km to the south on good road with good beaches
