We offer a full ‘Design and Build’ service and work with you to achieve your dreams, whether it is to build a new villa or renovate your Riad.
We employ architects, lawyers, and highly skilled craftsmen. We prepare the initial plans and specification; obtain the required planning permission and all the necessary permits. Quality is important to us, and to preserving our good name, so we never cut corners or employ cheap labour to achieve a quick fix. The materials we use will have been sourced locally, to avoid unnecessary transportation and to reduce our carbon footprint. However, when our clients require a specific design element, that has to be imported, we take care of all the necessary import paperwork and duties.
Our company has thirty years of experience in the United Kingdom, Spain and Morocco and we are pleased to provide the names and addresses of clients we have worked with for you to check our references and credentials.
Photographs are taken at all stages to provide a record of the project as it develops. If you are not in Morocco whilst the work is in progress you will be sent these photos by email on a regular basis so you can view the progress.
This service is not exclusive to our clients. If you have purchased land or bought a Riad requiring renovation, please contact us for all your requirements, be it a full building service or the preparation of plans and the obtaining of building licences.
