This property is in the village of Dimina, which is
to the south of Asilah, and off the road to Larache.
At the moment, access is somewhat rough, however, in
the very near future; a new road is being built to allow
tourist development. A new electricity supply is being
installed to the area at the moment, and water is from
a well.
The village has wonderful views down to the Atlantic
Ocean and has a very relaxed peaceful atmospheric feeling.
There are a number of good beaches. At the moment, most
of the properties are in a semi ruined condition. Some
of them can be lived in as they are, but all require
a degree of modernisation.
